Conceptualized and implemented all administrative processes, curricula, teaching methodologies and marketing for Talyst’s Customer Education Services; designed customer-centric curricula specific to each client's unique work flows vis-a-vis Talyst’s pharmacy inventory management hardware and software.

TEACHING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
- Authored concept proposals and project plans for department rebranding, curricula, teaching methodologies and staff education programs
- Designed print and on-line marketing materials to promote attendance for classroom workshops, webinars and regional conferences
- Wrote training program outlines for sales proposals, statements of work and contracts
- Administered the department’s finances: created service quotes / invoices; collected workshop fees; purchased teaching materials
- Received and fulfilled all customer requests for educational materials and product documentation
- Wrote monthly and annual performance reports detailing utilization (i.e., days / hours of teaching), customer feedback, revenues and expenditures
TEACHING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
- Redesigned curricula to emphasize hands-on, experiential learning, tailoring educational programs to each customer’s specific software and/or hardware configuration
- Taught two-, four- and five-day workshops in Talyst’s hands-on classroom, at customer facilities (hospitals) and at quarterly conferences held throughout the US
- Collaborated with internal specialists—Product Managers, Hardware and Software Engineers—to facilitate biweekly skill development workshops for on-site and remote Customer / Technical Support Specialists
