Motivate, mentor and monitor the effective use of a $600,000 annual endowment that empowers Puget Sound Energy’s 3,200 employees to immediately, and constructively, commend outstanding work, recognize superior behaviors and celebrate milestone accomplishments and/or service anniversaries.
PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
TEACHING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
- Annotate and audit a compendium of financial ledgers, delineating monthly expenditures, tracking liabilities and evaluating year-to-date consumption of the program’s annual fiscal endowment
- Report fiscal data and program metrics to associated internal departments—e.g., Payroll, AP & Corp. Comm.
- Manage all contracts, communications, financial transactions, data transfers, performance reporting and web portal operations with two vendors
- Author program enhancement proposals, write event summaries, and design / publish monthly and annual reports describing the program’s mission, operations, adaptations, metrics and fiscal performance
- Recruit and direct award evaluation committees; design and coordinate recognition events
TEACHING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
- Educate managers (via in-person workshops and/or webinars) on the role, importance and options for giving recognition for common and exemplary accomplishments, achievements and behaviors
- Design and write program promotional materials, website content and e-learning tutorials
- Mentor managers on the scope and composition of award / recognition narratives
