  • Managed all communications, scheduling, pricing and curriculum design for external customer (revenue generating) Biomedical Education Program seminars / workshops
  • Collaborated with Sales Managers to write technical education clauses for sales RFPs / contracts
  • Produced monthly financial performance reports delineating workshop earnings and facilitation costs
  • Conceptualized and created an Experiential Learning Lab that facilitated hands-on education and fostered skill development via scenario and role-based exercises for all in-service products and CRM systems

TEACHING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
